Role Description:
As an Order Fulfillment E-Commerce specialist at Maryum & Maria, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment for our online customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Order Processing: Managing the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order placement to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure sufficient stock availability, and updating product listings as needed.
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- E-Commerce Platform Management: Utilizing Shopify and other e-commerce platforms to manage product listings, update content, and optimize the online shopping experience.
- Performance Analysis: Analyzing sales data, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce and Shopify.
- Proficiency in order management systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
