Job Description:
As an Officer UPS Deployment, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure by managing UPS deployment and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Logging complaints on the Service Desk and coordinating with the UPS Support Team.
- Analyzing complaints and arranging uninterrupted power support nationwide.
- Engaging and managing vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Soliciting and negotiating quotations from vendors to optimize costs.
- Collaborating with business teams to obtain approvals for repairs.
- Evaluating power requirements and load capacity for branches/offices.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in IT skills is desirable.
- Diploma from the Institute of Bankers of Pakistan (JAIBP) preferred.
- Ability to manage vendors effectively.
- Knowledge of UPS deployment and maintenance processes.
