As an Officer – IT, you’ll play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders, providing technical support, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Policy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders such as senior management and IT professionals to develop new policies or update existing ones. Your insights and expertise will shape the framework for IT policies within the organization.
2. Policy Compliance: Establish mechanisms for monitoring and enforcing policy compliance within the organization. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure adherence to established standards and protocols.
3. Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting software issues. Your problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach will help resolve issues efficiently, ensuring smooth operations.
4. Database Management: Design, implement, and manage databases to store and organize data effectively. Your expertise in database management will contribute to efficient data storage and retrieval processes.
5. Software Development: Participate in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. Your involvement in the software development lifecycle will drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSCS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Fresh – 1 year: Entry-level candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome to apply.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Strategic Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data to derive meaningful insights.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
