Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Nishat Chunian Group’s products and brands.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, social media management, and email marketing.
• Create engaging content for marketing collateral, such as brochures, website content, press releases, and advertisements.
• Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and production, to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance, and prepare reports for management review.
• Provide support in managing the company’s online presence, including website maintenance and content updates.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective targeting and segmentation.
• Support the execution of marketing activities within the allocated budget and track expenses.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, advertising, and digital media.
• Assist in the development and execution of customer retention and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
