Job Description
As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Issuing sales contracts, yarn sales contracts, and delivery orders for clients.
- Opening new item codes of yarn count and local customers in the ERP system.
- Coordinating with the planning department and production staff to ensure timely completion of bookings and deliveries.
- Following up with clients to facilitate the lifting of ready yarn stock.
- Monitoring and following up on payments from customers, including arranging cheques.
- Generating purchase orders in the ERP system and sharing them with relevant suppliers.
- Checking and verifying rates, quantities, and minimum order quantities (MOQ) in the ERP system, promptly highlighting any discrepancies.
- Developing daily stock order reports and maintaining accurate records.
Person Specifications
- Experience: Fresh graduates up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Education: B.Com/BS/BBA/MS in Marketing or a related field.
