Job Role Overview
As the Corporate Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategic communication initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing communication plans to enhance our brand image, overseeing digital and social media strategies, and creating impactful content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Communication: Develop and execute a strategic communication plan to enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.
- Digital and Social Media Management: Design and implement digital and social media strategies, oversee website design and functionality, publish engaging content, and interact with followers.
- Content Creation: Produce consistent and impactful content for corporate presentations, newsletters, blog posts, and internal communications.
- Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Person Specifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications.
- Strong communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
