We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Executive – Quality Control.
Position: Executive – Quality Control Location: Karachi, Pakistan Department: Quality Control, Semi-Finished/Finished Product
Responsibilities: As an Executive – Quality Control, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing Semi-Finished and Finished products.
- Ensuring the on-time release of products and timely submission of reports for product dispatch.
- Performing maintenance and calibration of assigned equipment.
- Following ALCOA+ principles for data integrity.
- Executing product analysis according to the given planning and devising effective strategies to meet timelines.
- Monitoring and reporting any unusual behavior observed in product results.
- Conducting timely testing of in-process products and providing approval for filtration and filling through release labels.
- Maintaining accurate analysis status within defined lead time and adhering to cGMP standards.
- Preparing analytical reports in SAP and ensuring timely completion of analyst raw data log books while maintaining data traceability and integrity according to cGMP.
- Performing Quality Control activities in accordance with SOPs, Good Laboratory Practices, and cGMP.
- Taking care of sophisticated equipment, including maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BS/M.Sc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Pharm.D.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in analytical techniques such as HPLC/UHPLC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, etc.
- Strong analytical background and familiarity with good documentation practices.
- Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis in laboratory settings.
