Essential Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the domain of Talent Acquisition.
- Additional trainings/certifications in HR are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication, interviewing, and analytical skills.
Job Scope: As Manager Talent Acquisition at Eastgate Industries, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and tracking effective recruitment metrics to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
- Planning, developing, managing, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes at all levels within the organization.
- Leading strategic initiatives to attract high-caliber, professional, and diverse talent that aligns with our organization’s culture.
- Utilizing various recruitment sources such as agencies, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract new talent.
- Developing orientation plans and ensuring the implementation of onboarding SOPs for new hires.
- Supervising the talent acquisition team to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
- Submission of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports related to the talent acquisition section.
