Master Group of Industries, a leading name in the industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager Raw Material Store to join their team. The role will be based at the Raiwind Lahore facility, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, procurement, and materials control to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Qualification: MBA/MS in Supply Chain Management
Job Responsibilities:
As the Manager Raw Material Store, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing inventory operations. Your key responsibilities include:
- Inventory Management: Oversee the entire inventory management process, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and stock levels.
- Material Projections & Demand Planning: Develop and update minimum stock levels, re-order quantities, and projections for material needs.
- Budget & Procurement Forecasts: Prepare monthly budgeted forecasts for inventory procurement, and work with the accounts department for budget approval.
- Stock Analysis & Disposal: Identify slow-moving and dead stock, and take necessary action to dispose of or utilize such materials after discussing with management.
- Collaboration with Procurement Teams: Work closely with procurement teams to ensure that stock levels are optimized according to production forecasts and lead times.
- Quality Control: Ensure quality control by collaborating with the quality control team to establish and maintain standards for incoming materials.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data related to inventory levels, procurement costs, stock turnover, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stock Audits & Reconciliation: Implement and manage regular stock audits and reconciliation activities to ensure accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership ability to oversee and manage teams, ensuring efficient operations.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Expertise in inventory management, including stock optimization, re-ordering, and consumption tracking.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify discrepancies, analyze data, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional departments such as procurement and quality control.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management Tools: Familiarity with inventory control measures, cycle counting, and using ERP or inventory management software.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: MBA/MS in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-13 years of relevant experience in inventory management, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
