Position: Manager Quality Assurance (Education Sector)
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
Location: Lahore
Essential Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar capacity (i.e., Quality Assurance/Management in the school system)
- Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Job Scope:
As the Manager Quality Assurance, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Devising procedures to inspect and report quality-related issues within the school system.
- Monitoring all operations and procedures of schools to identify areas for improvement.
- Supervising and guiding all relevant staff within the schools to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Reporting all quality issues to top management and ensuring immediate actions are taken to address them.
- Facilitating proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing data related to quality assurance.
- Reviewing and updating current standards and policies within the education sector to ensure compliance.
- Managing and leading a team of auditors, planning their learning programs as per the training calendar.
