Style Textile is seeking a Farm Manager to lead our agricultural operations in Manga, Lahore. The Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of farm operations, including planning, production, resource management, and more. If you have a background in Agricultural Sciences, extensive experience in farming, and a commitment to regenerative and organic farming methods, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Scheduling: Develop plans and schedules for planting and harvesting, ensuring that all staff members understand expectations and timelines.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial and production records to monitor and optimize farm performance.
- Inventory Management: Ensure that essential supplies such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other resources are regularly restocked to support ongoing operations.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise farm workers to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Equipment Management: Coordinate with relevant departments for the purchase, repair, and maintenance of necessary farm equipment.
- Market Vending: Take responsibility for vending organic vegetables in the market when necessary, showcasing the fruits of your labor to the wider community.
Ideal Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences or a relevant field.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant agricultural role.
- Expertise: Must have practical experience and knowledge of regenerative and organic farming techniques.
