Position Details:
- Position: Manager Maintenance
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a chemical or petrochemical plant.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.

Responsibilities: As Manager Maintenance at Lucky Core Industries, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the maintenance operations of the plant to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance.
- Leading a team of maintenance technicians and engineers to execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Collaborating with other departments to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in maintenance operations.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety among maintenance staff.
