Key Responsibilities:
As the Manager – Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of all KFC outlets and facilities. Your role will focus on ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems are working efficiently and safely. You will also be involved in implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance programs to ensure continuous service operations.
Key duties include:
- Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment, machinery, and systems in the retail outlets.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Respond to technical breakdowns and issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and safely.
- Inventory Management: Oversee spare parts and tools inventory for maintenance operations and ensure proper procurement procedures are followed.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and regulations in all maintenance work to ensure compliance with legal and internal safety requirements.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control the costs associated with maintenance, repairs, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on maintenance experience, particularly in the retail industry.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in the use of maintenance software and systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
