Position Overview: Manager L&D
As Manager L&D, you will be responsible for designing and executing learning and development initiatives, curriculum development, training campaigns, and measuring the return on investment (ROI) of training programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the availability of a quality talent pipeline for key positions, fostering a positive organizational culture, and optimizing the organizational structure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12-14 years of HR experience, with a focus on learning and development.
- MBA/MPA/MA in HR or Organizational Psychology.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.

The position is based in Faisalabad.
