Position: Manager HR & Diversity Vertical: Fabrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of HR management experience, preferably in the textile industry, with a strong background in diversity and inclusion.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures that reflect our commitment to diversity.
- Lead diversity initiatives to attract, retain, and advance a diverse workforce.
- Collaborate with department heads and management to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development processes to promote diversity and equal opportunity.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
