Position Overview: As the Manager for Reporting & Budgeting at Hilal Foods, you will be at the forefront of financial management, overseeing reporting processes and budgeting activities. You will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and developing budgets to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of reporting frameworks to provide accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data, validate accuracy, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and allocations.
- Monitor budget performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions to optimize resource utilization.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis, trends, and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Experience: Candidates should have relevant experience in financial reporting and budgeting, preferably in the food industry.
- Qualifications: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, or CMA will be advantageous.
- Location: The position is based in Karachi.
