Job Role Overview:
As the Manager/Deputy Manager Dyeing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of dyeing processes within our knitwear division. Your responsibilities will revolve around:
- Weekly/Monthly Adherence to Production Plans: You will be responsible for ensuring that production plans are met consistently on a weekly and monthly basis. This includes efficiently managing machine utilization and productivity to meet set targets.
- Monitoring RFT Percentage: Keeping a keen eye on Right First Time (RFT) percentages in alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
- Overseeing Dyeing Processes: You will oversee the entire dyeing process, from troubleshooting issues to identifying areas for process improvement and machine optimization. Your expertise will drive operational efficiency and quality enhancement.
- People Development and Management: Nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development will be a key aspect of your role. You will be entrusted with managing and developing a team of professionals to ensure collective success.
Job Specifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Hold an MSc/BSc in Chemistry, BSc in Textile, or Chemical Engineering.
- Accumulate 8-12 years of hands-on experience in the knitwear dyeing department, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of dyeing processes and industry best practices.
