Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: M.Com or B.Com (Hons)
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a large manufacturing concern within the Accounts Receivable domain.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Officer in the Accounts Receivable team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate accounts receivable records. Your duties will include:
- Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Receipt Management: Record and reconcile incoming payments, maintaining an organized receivables ledger.
- Customer Relations: Communicate effectively with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment terms.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of transactions, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation.
- Reporting: Assist in generating reports related to accounts receivable for internal analysis and decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving accounts receivable processes and efficiency.
