Key Responsibilities:
As a Manager Coordination Executive Floor, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth operations and effective communication at the executive level. Here are the key responsibilities:
- Coordinate Travel Arrangements and Logistics: Manage travel plans and logistics for the executive team, ensuring efficiency and convenience.
- Project Management: Take charge of assigned projects for the CEO, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and meet the highest quality standards.
- Task Delegation and Resource Management: Delegate tasks from the CEO and effectively manage resources to optimize productivity and streamline operations.
- Office Operations Oversight: Ensure seamless workflow within the office environment, addressing any operational challenges and implementing solutions proactively.
- Communication Facilitation: Serve as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication channels at all times.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- PAF Retired Group Captain: We are seeking candidates with a distinguished background in the Pakistan Air Force, having served as Group Captain with at least 20 years of relevant experience and qualifications.
- Location: This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan, at the heart of our operations.
