Role Description: As a Management Trainee Officer in Lean & Transformation, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing units. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports to assess progress towards operational excellence.
- Assisting in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Conducting analysis to identify process inefficiencies, suggesting improvements, and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.
- Engaging with cross-functional teams to gain insights into the nuances of furniture, nonwoven, and mattress manufacturing processes.
- Supporting senior management in strategic projects and gaining valuable insights into decision-making processes.
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is required.
