About the MTO Program

The Management Trainee Officer program is designed to train fresh graduates in multiple departments through structured learning, mentorship, and real-time exposure to organizational operations.

5. Workshop (Electrical & Mechanical Engineering)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Requirements

Candidates must have a relevant degree in one of the following fields:

Academic Requirements

  • Minimum CGPA: 3.0 or above
