Now Hiring: Maintenance Executive (P1/P2)
As a Maintenance Executive at Haier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and maintenance of production machinery and equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the overall maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Coordinating with the Production Manager to ensure the smooth running of production machines and lines.
- Closing maintenance work requests on a daily basis to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Troubleshooting mechanical problems in all machines and participating in preventive maintenance activities.
- Managing spare parts inventory and coordinating with the technical spare parts store for issuance of spare parts.
- Identifying training needs for maintenance staff and promoting continuous improvement in equipment processes.
- Managing and controlling the breakdown of assembly line equipment.
- Coordinating with respective production section heads for equipment maintenance and ensuring the sustainability of Total Productive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance.
- Monitoring overall equipment processes at all stages to ensure smooth production.
Requirements:
- Education: BSc. Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
