Role Brief:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing planning and budgeting? Do you have the skills to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and financial goals? If so, we invite you to join SAPPHIRE as a Lead Planning & Budgeting professional for our marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and refine the annual marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to develop and refine the annual marketing strategy.
  • Align marketing plans with overall business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct financial analysis to assess the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and finance teams to understand business priorities and incorporate them into marketing plans.
  • Regularly update forecasts based on market trends, campaign performance, and other relevant factors.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure proper execution of campaigns within budget constraints.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in marketing planning, budgeting, or a related financial role.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using budgeting and planning tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies and trends.
