Hilal Foods (Pvt) Ltd., a renowned food company in Pakistan, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Key Accounts Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and maximizing sales opportunities. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of key accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services to key accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay updated with industry insights.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for key accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with key customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to track account performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to support key account objectives.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Result-oriented with a drive for achieving sales targets.
  • Prior experience in sales or key account management is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
