Capability Snapshot
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited local or foreign institute
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in SAP Technical roles
- SAP certification in ABAP programming
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform and Integration Technologies
Key Responsibilities
As the IT Business Partner (ITBP) for SAP Technical at Shan, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining SAP applications using ABAP programming language
- Customizing and enhancing SAP functionalities based on business requirements
- Supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation and upgrades
- Collaborating with functional teams to design and implement SAP solutions
- Integrating SAP systems with other platforms using SAP Cloud Platform and integration technologies
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues
- Ensuring compliance with IT governance and security standards

This position is based at our office in Karachi, Pakistan, offering a collaborative and innovative work environment in the heart of the city.
