Key Responsibilities:
- IT Support: Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
- Network Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and management of our network infrastructure.
- Hardware and Software Procurement: Coordinate the procurement of IT equipment and software licenses as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, software licenses, and equipment maintenance.
- Security: Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect company data and systems.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their IT skills and knowledge.
- Vendor Management: Interact with IT service providers and vendors for support and maintenance.
- System Upgrades: Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system upgrades and improvements.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with IT security principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.
