Job Title: Inventory Executive

Role and Responsibilities: As an Inventory Executive at KFC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials through the entire supply chain. Here’s an overview of the key responsibilities associated with this role:
- Record Keeping: Take charge of all record-keeping activities in the ERP system. This includes documenting direct deliveries from suppliers, warehouse transactions, and transfer orders from 3rd party warehouses.
- Stock Issuance: Manage the ERP system to record daily stock issuance of chicken and vegetable items to restaurants based on their demand.
- Inventory Planning: Plan all inventory items, sharing requests with the warehouse, and considering requirements for the upcoming week.
- Daily Stock Count: Conduct daily closing stock counts and enter the data into the ERP system for both chicken and vegetable items.
- Wastage Management: Record daily process wastages, prepare variance and wastage reports, ensuring efficient wastage management.
- Reconciliation: Perform weekly physical inventory reconciliation with 3rd party warehouses, comparing records with the ERP system.
Qualification & Experience: To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
- Education: Minimum graduation with a focus on relevant disciplines.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in inventory management.
