Job Responsibilities & Skills: As an Internal Audit Officer at BEECHTREE C, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting physical scanning and counting of all inventory.
- Reconciling physical inventories with the system records.
- Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, such as over/short shipments, returns, and unknown products, based on physical counts and historical data.
- Monitoring inventory movement within the store and warehouse to ensure accurate tracking and accounting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
