Position: Engineer Plant Performance
Job Description:
As an Engineer Plant Performance at STYLE TEXTILE, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our dyeing and finishing processes. Your key responsibilities include:
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct detailed RCA on dyeing and finishing processes, including identifying reasons for shortfall dyeing, shade issues, maintenance issues, fabric issues, and machine-wise comparisons.
- Solution Implementation: Ensure the execution of solutions devised from RCA and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary. Develop solutions for continuous issues found in RCA, driving process improvement and efficiency.
- Performance Reporting: Develop plant performance reports to provide updates to leadership, highlighting areas for improvement and progress made in addressing identified issues.
- Floor Audits: Conduct random floor audits to ensure that solutions executed are in place and that processes are being followed by production teams.
Ideal Profile:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Textile Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing production in the process industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and strong communication abilities.
- Expertise in data analytics and root cause analysis, with proficiency in MS Excel. (Presentation visualization skills are preferred).
