Position: Internal Audit Manager/Assistant Manager (Management Audit)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a HEC-recognized institute.
  • ACCA Qualified/CA Part Qualified would be preferred.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in the banking sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audit assignments in accordance with the approved annual audit plan and micro audit plan.
  • Communicate audit issues to management for resolution.
  • Keep the audit team informed through regular updates and debriefing meetings.
  • Perform detailed reviews of working papers and draft internal audit reports.
  • Ensure duties are performed efficiently and in accordance with internal audit standards.
  • Maintain discipline and professional work ethics.
  • Follow up with auditees regarding outstanding observations for timely closure.
  • Conduct walk-throughs to evaluate auditee functions, policies, and procedures.
