Role Description:
As an Inspection Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding our commitment to quality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning field visits in coordination with your immediate supervisor on a daily basis.
- Contacting customers to confirm appointment times for inspections.
- Conducting thorough inspections of mattresses and documenting observations on complaint forms.
- Listening attentively to customer complaints, demonstrating patience and empathy throughout the process.
- Evaluating the validity of customer complaints by carefully examining mattresses and associated furniture.
- Documenting observations accurately on the complaint inspection form.
- Providing guidance to customers on the appropriate course of action based on predefined customer service policies.
- Offering advice on the proper use of mattresses in cases where no issues are found.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Graduation from a recognized institution.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a customer service or inspection role.
