Position Overview:
As an Information Security Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of our digital assets. Based in either Lahore or Karachi, you will work closely with our dedicated team to implement and maintain robust security measures to protect against cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for staff members.
- Stay updated on emerging threats and industry best practices to enhance our security posture continually.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in information security or a related field.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, encryption techniques, and security frameworks.
- Experience with conducting risk assessments and penetration testing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
