Qualification:
- B.E or B.S in Industrial Engineering
- MBA in Industrial Management
Required Experience:
- 1-2 years in Operations Excellence domain

Job Summary:
As an Operational Excellence Partner, you’ll support departments in executing their system improvement objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide training and support on Industrial Engineering principles and tools.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading improvement campaigns focusing on waste reduction, cycle time optimization, and line balancing.
- Implement 5S principles organization-wide for proper workplace management.
- Develop optimal production layouts and standard activities, deploying standard times for key processes.
- Drive initiatives to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of manufacturing facilities.
