Job Responsibilities:
As an Account Officer at ENGINE, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and Processing Invoices: Accurately prepare and process invoices, ensuring they are complete and error-free.
- Invoice Verification: Cross-check invoices with payments and expenses to guarantee precision in financial transactions.
- Accounts Management: Effectively manage the company’s accounts payables and receivables, keeping a close eye on financial inflows and outflows.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and record the company’s expenses, maintaining a comprehensive record for financial analysis.
