Job Title: Manager HR

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 7-8 years of progressive experience in the field of HR, including management roles.
  • Sound knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), and HR Operations. Experience in spinning units will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, including ERP.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Job Role: As the Manager HR at Masood Textile Mills, your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business goals, ensuring that HR initiatives contribute to the company’s success.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances, mediating and resolving workplace conflicts and disputes in a fair and effective manner.
  • Workplace Culture: Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement, fostering a productive and inclusive environment for all employees.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to maintain a legally sound and ethical work environment.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the workforce.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent while staying competitive in the market.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HR data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and trends to inform management and support data-driven decision-making.
