Job Description
As an HR Specialist Service Delivery, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing workers’ onboarding processes and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Maintaining accurate employee files and records, including developing and implementing various HR documents such as Warning Letters, Charge Sheets, Termination Letters, Show-Cause Notices, and Exit Interview Forms.
- Handling employee grievances and initiating disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Overseeing overall HR operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Ideal Profile
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A BBA/MBA degree, preferably in Human Resources.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

This position is based in Lahore, offering a dynamic work environment in the heart of Pakistan’s textile industry.
