Job Opportunity: HR Service Delivery Officer at Fatima Group
Fatima Group, a leading industrial conglomerate, is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Service Delivery Officer to join its team. Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Service Delivery Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive HR operational support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Employee HR Queries Management: Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the seamless execution of onboarding and offboarding processes, managing the employee life cycle from start to finish.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR data across systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
- HR Policy & Service Delivery Support: Support the implementation of HR policies and service delivery standards, ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks.
- Reporting & Coordination: Work closely with HR teams to generate regular reports, including headcount, attrition rates, and other key HR metrics. This data will help in making informed, strategic decisions.
Key Requirements:
To be considered for the position of HR Service Delivery Officer, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Master’s degree (preferably an MBA in HR) is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in HR operations, service delivery, or shared services is essential. Experience with HRIS/HRMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required. You should also have a strong understanding of HR policies, data management, and compliance requirements.
