Position: Buyer Equipment (Contractual)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Buyer Equipment, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the entire procure-to-pay process efficiently.
• Generating RFQs (Request for Quotations) based on approved budgets and purchase requisitions (PRs).
• Creating and maintaining purchase orders in the system while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely submission of invoices to the finance department for payment processing.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• An MBA/BBA/B.Sc from an HEC recognized university.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers.
• Proficiency in procurement processes and systems.
