Job Description:
As an HR Officer (OD) at Ghani Glass Limited, you will play a vital role in driving organizational development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include drafting policies, assisting in developing job descriptions (JDs), conducting training needs assessments (TNA), facilitating performance appraisals, preparing annual training calendars, and maintaining training records. You will collaborate closely with HR and management teams to support the company’s growth and development objectives.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in HR or Relevant Field: A master’s degree in human resources or a related field is required to qualify for this role.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in organizational development is necessary, demonstrating proficiency in TNA, performance appraisals, policy development, and job analysis.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of TNA, performance appraisals, policy development, and job analysis. Ability to develop comprehensive job descriptions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
