Requirements:
- MBA/BBA in Human Resources or related field.
- 0-1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in the Food/FMCG industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Officer at iNdVative, you will play a crucial role in the HR department, helping to ensure the success of our team and our company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process of new hires.
- Designing job advertisements and promoting them on social media platforms.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
- Assisting in the development of training programs.
- Issuing all HR-related letters to employees.
- Handling all HR operational tasks, from employee induction to employee exit processes.
