Position Overview: HR Executive
As an HR Executive at Artistic Apparels, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Managing employee records and documentation.
- Coordinating training and development programs.
- Assisting with performance appraisal processes.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Graduation/BBA/MBA in HR or a related field.

- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite, excellent communication skills, and strong presentation abilities.
