- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the textile and retail fashion industry, including materials, processes, market dynamics, and various operations like procurement, raw material sourcing, finishing, embroidery, in-house sampling, R&D, etc.
