Position: GM/DGM/FM – Production
Key Responsibilities:
As a leader in production at Artistic Milliners, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Optimizing Production Schedules: Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality denim products.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation in production processes.
- Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of production professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve organizational goals.
- Technical Management: Utilize your technical expertise to oversee all aspects of production, from quality control to machine maintenance.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges and obstacles in production, leveraging your problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in production management within the textile industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and visionary capabilities, technical production management skills, and a knack for problem-solving.

This position is based in the bustling Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
