Position Overview:
As a GGT Executive at BeechTree, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of technical aspects related to garment production. Your role will involve pattern grading, amendments, checking technical issues, marker efficiencies, and averages. Additionally, you will engage in technical correspondence with sampling and production teams, maintaining CAD systems, and ensuring digital pattern and marker making processes run smoothly.
Job Responsibilities & Skills:
- Conduct pattern grading, amendments, and thorough checks on technical issues.
- Monitor marker efficiencies and averages to optimize production processes.
- Engage in technical correspondence with sampling and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and upgrade CAD systems, including plotters and digitizers, from software to hardware as needed.
- Execute digital pattern making and marker making procedures with precision.
- Correspond with merchandisers regarding specifications and patterns to meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate education level.
- Proficiency in CAD systems and digital pattern making.
- Excellent communication skills for effective correspondence with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards in garment production processes.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the fashion industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in pattern grading, technical correspondence, and CAD systems management.
