Position: Franchise Operations & Marketing Head (Medical Labs)
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business consulting or franchise operations, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
As the Franchise Operations & Marketing Head, you will be responsible for:
- Developing comprehensive business plans for medical lab franchises to ensure their success and profitability.
- Executing strategic initiatives to streamline franchise operations and enhance efficiency.
- Overseeing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
