Job Description: As a Sales Merchandizing Officer (SMO) at Mezan, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing brand visibility. Here’s a snapshot of what the role entails:
- Call Completion According to PJP:
- Ensure timely completion of calls as per the Pre-Journey Plan (PJP).
- Achieve Assigned Strike Rate:
- Meet and exceed the assigned strike rate targets.
- Achieve Assigned Drop Size:
- Attain the specified drop size targets as part of the sales strategy.
- Order Taking and Secondary Sales:
- Take orders in line with the required targets.
- Contribute to the achievement of secondary sales targets.
- Merchandizing:
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
