   • Ensure timely completion of calls as per the Pre-Journey Plan (PJP).
2. Achieve Assigned Strike Rate:
   • Meet and exceed the assigned strike rate targets.
3. Achieve Assigned Drop Size:
   • Attain the specified drop size targets as part of the sales strategy.
4. Order Taking and Secondary Sales:
   • Take orders in line with the required targets.
   • Contribute to the achievement of secondary sales targets.
5. Merchandizing:
   • Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
6. Market Intelligence:
   • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
