Role Brief: As a Floor Manager at SAPPHIRE, you will play a pivotal role in leading the store team, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the store team, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
• Store Operations: Manage daily store operations and implement Brand Experience Guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, collaborating closely with the Store Manager.
• Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security management of the store.
• Visual Merchandising (VM): Understand and implement Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines on the floor.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Experience: 3-4 Years of experience as a Floor Manager/Assistant Manager in a renowned fashion brand.
• Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude.
• Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners.
