Role Brief: As a Floor Manager at SAPPHIRE, you will play a pivotal role in leading the store team, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the store team, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
- Store Operations: Manage daily store operations and implement Brand Experience Guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, collaborating closely with the Store Manager.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security management of the store.
- Visual Merchandising (VM): Understand and implement Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines on the floor.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Experience: 3-4 Years of experience as a Floor Manager/Assistant Manager in a renowned fashion brand.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude.
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners.
