Key Responsibilities: As a Finance Executive at Haidri Beverages Pvt. Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless financial operations of the company. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this role:

1. Invoice Verification: Thoroughly verify invoices from relevant departments before processing them in the system.
2. SAP Expertise: Post all types of invoices in SAP after careful matching with good receipt notes and purchase orders.
3. Vendor Balance Analysis: Conduct a weekly analysis of vendor balances, ensuring accuracy and completeness for approval purposes.
4. Payment Approval Lists: Prepare a weekly approval list of all supplier invoices due for payment, facilitating a smooth payment process.
5. Withholding Tax Compliance: Check the active/inactive and filer/non-filer status of each supplier from the FBR portal for withholding tax purposes.
6. WHT Certificate Management: Extract withholding tax certificates and share them with vendors, maintaining transparency in financial transactions.
7. Journal Entries: Post journal entries of all vendor payments in SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
8. Supplier Communication: Establish effective communication with suppliers regarding invoices, sales tax, and payment-related queries, fostering strong business relationships.
9. Expense Accruals: Post all expenses as monthly accruals for monthly financial closing, contributing to accurate financial reporting.
10. Balance Reconciliation: Reconcile balances with supplier ledgers, ensuring financial accuracy and completeness.
11. Debit/Credit Note Preparation: Prepare debit and credit notes and share them with suppliers as needed.
12. Online Payments: Facilitate online transfer payments to vendors, streamlining the payment process.
13. Sales Tax Expertise: Utilize hands-on experience to manage sales tax returns efficiently.

Experience:

• 2-3 Years: Ideal candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in managing Sales Tax Returns.

Qualification:

• M.Com/MBA Finance: A master’s degree in finance is preferred.
• ACCA/CA Partially Qualified: Candidates with progress in ACCA/CA qualifications are encouraged to apply.
