BEECHTREE | PEPPERLAND by HKB RETAIL (SMC) PVT. LTD, a renowned fashion retail company, is currently looking for a talented and motivated Female Female Finance Coordinator, to join our team in Lahore. As a Female Finance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department and ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial record-keeping and data entry tasks.
- Process and maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis.
- Assist in inventory management and reconciliation.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and customers regarding financial matters.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Support the finance team in day-to-day financial operations.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic finance and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior experience or internships in finance or accounting is preferred but not required.
