Job Description:

As a Fashion Merchandiser – Unstitched at Nishat Mills, you will play a crucial role in curating and delivering the latest fashion trends to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Category Head in developing the product mix.
• Evaluating the latest fashion trends, buying behaviors, and demographics in our target market.
• Preparing assortment plans based on market research for upcoming launches.
• Close coordination with the Design Studio and Fabrication team for product design and production in line with the theme and new R&D.
• Analyzing and assessing fabric needs based on Design’s seasonal direction and providing recommendations.
• Maintaining the fabric development calendar and adhering to seasonal calendar deadlines.
• Collaborating closely with the Marketing department to define product concepts and finalize advertising requirements and campaign planning.
• Working closely with the Retail Operations and Visual Merchandising department for the product display in retail spaces.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing & Merchandising.
• 3-4 years of proven experience in the fashion marketing and merchandising domain.
• Strong knowledge of the latest fashion trends and developments.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
