Job Description:
As a Fashion Merchandiser – Unstitched at Nishat Mills, you will play a crucial role in curating and delivering the latest fashion trends to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Category Head in developing the product mix.
- Evaluating the latest fashion trends, buying behaviors, and demographics in our target market.
- Preparing assortment plans based on market research for upcoming launches.
- Close coordination with the Design Studio and Fabrication team for product design and production in line with the theme and new R&D.
- Analyzing and assessing fabric needs based on Design’s seasonal direction and providing recommendations.
- Maintaining the fabric development calendar and adhering to seasonal calendar deadlines.
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing department to define product concepts and finalize advertising requirements and campaign planning.
- Working closely with the Retail Operations and Visual Merchandising department for the product display in retail spaces.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing & Merchandising.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in the fashion marketing and merchandising domain.
- Strong knowledge of the latest fashion trends and developments.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
